Meetings & Records

Full meetings of the GAC are usually conducted three times a year in conjunction with an ICANN public meeting. They may also be conducted intersessionally. GAC meetings are usually open. This part of the website provides access to past, present and future GAC meeting materials, including other calls and interactions the GAC has internally and with other groups.

Session Details:

This session will focus on the GAC’s operational readiness for the 2026 Round and how the GAC is organizing itself to assess applications. GAC Topic Leads, Leadership and Support will review the proposed application review process and timeline, including the phased approach, and provide an overview of the Operational Readiness Framework, its purpose, guiding principles and operational timeline. The session will also explain the different pathways available to GAC Members and introduce the various readiness materials developed to support the GAC’s preparation, including how these materials fit together.
