Réunions et enregistrements

Les réunions plénières du GAC sont généralement organisées trois fois par an, en même temps que les réunions publiques de l’ICANN. Elles peuvent également avoir lieu pendant la période intersession. Les réunions du GAC sont généralement ouvertes. Cette partie du site web permet d’accéder aux documents des réunions passées, présentes et futures du GAC, ainsi qu’à des informations concernant d’autres appels et interactions que le GAC a en interne et avec d’autres groupes.

Traditional bilateral meeting of the GAC and ALAC.

Agenda Items:
1. Applicant Support Program (ASP) – Equity in the Next gTLD Round
Focus: Promoting meaningful uptake of ASP and exploring how GAC and ALAC can jointly influence outreach and evaluation to support underserved applicants.

2. DNS Abuse Mitigation – Policy, Enforcement, and End User Protection
Focus: Exchanging perspectives on national/regional responses to DNS abuse and identifying opportunities for cross-AC collaboration to strengthen mitigation efforts.

3. Universal Acceptance (UA) and the Multilingual Internet
Focus: Enhancing support for UA readiness through local community training, and encouraging adoption within public services to promote linguistic diversity and accessibility.

4. Domain Name Registration Data – RDRS, Accuracy, and Access
Focus: Reflecting on early RDRS data, and considering next steps toward balanced, permanent solutions that accommodate both privacy and legitimate access needs.

5. Digital Inclusion and Capacity Building
Focus: Exploring synergies in supporting underserved populations through initiatives such as local IGFs, NRIs, ICANN Learn, and regional fellowship programs.

6. Public Interest Frameworks and Advisory Roles
Focus: Strengthening cooperation between GAC and ALAC in articulating and upholding the public interest in ICANN’s policy development processes.
