This is a face-to-face meeting of the GNSO’s Review of All Rights Protection Mechanisms (RPMs) Policy Development Process (PDP) Working Group (WG). The WG was chartered in March 2016 to conduct a two-phased PDP. In Phase One, which is ongoing, the Working Group is reviewing all the RPMs that were developed for the 2012 New gTLD Program. This includes developing possible recommendations concerning the use and effectiveness of the Trademark Clearinghouse (TMCH) Sunrise and Trademark Claims RPMs, as well as the Uniform Rapid Suspension (URS) RPM. In this working session the WG will continue reviewing public comments received on the Phase One Initial Report.
