Full meetings of the GAC are usually conducted three times a year in conjunction with an ICANN public meeting. They may also be conducted intersessionally. GAC meetings are usually open. The GAC and the ccNSO meet regularly at ICANN Meetings to discuss matters of common interest. At ICANN65, the ccNSO will begin the discussion on ICANN’s 5 year Operating Plan and update the GAC on the ccNSO Retirement Policy Development Process (PDP) Working Group.
