تُعقد عادةً اجتماعات GAC الكاملة ثلاث مرات في السنة وبالتزامن مع عقد اجتماع ICANN العام. وقد تعقد اللجنة اجتماعات اخرى في أوقات تقع بين اجتماعات ICANN العامة. وعادة ماتكون اجتماعات GAC مفتوحة. ويوفر هذا الجزء من الموقع الإلكتروني إمكانية الوصول الى المواد الخاصة بالاجتماعات السابقة والحالية والمستقبلية للجنة GAC، بما في ذلك المكالمات والتفاعلات الأخرى التي تجريها اللجنة داخلياً ومع المجموعات الأخرى.

Develop a shared understanding of relevant issues.

The GAC Underserved Regions Working Group will be the GAC lead on this issue and engage with relevant community processes and report to GAC as appropriate. (Underserved Regions WG + ICANN staff).

Session Minutes:

The GAC noted that major problems with the recent new gTLD round have been identified in relation to the engagement of developing countries, including lack of awareness by commercial providers and users and under-usage of the ICANN Applicant Support Program. Recent and ongoing analysis includes a report commissioned by the CCT Review and work in the Subsequent Procedures Work Track 1.
