Full meetings of the GAC are usually conducted three times a year in conjunction with an ICANN public meeting. They may also be conducted intersessionally. GAC meetings are usually open. Stress the current main challenges the Internet Community is facing
Emphasize the value of a strong cooperation between UN, ICANN, ITU and all relevant stakeholders to successfully address challenges and avoid Internet Fragmentation
