The Commonwealth GAC serves as an informal forum for GAC representatives from Commonwealth nations to convene during ICANN meetings. This assembly aims to facilitate dialogue and cooperation among Commonwealth countries within the ICANN framework. The Commonwealth GAC's primary objectives include exchanging information on relevant matters pertaining to ICANN or other areas of mutual interest to Commonwealth nations, as well as identifying and addressing key issues and policy priorities during ICANN meetings.
