The GAC welcomes the Joint Applicant Support Working Group (JAS WG) efforts and appreciate the call for Expression of Interest for the Support Applicant Review Panel (SARP). However, the GAC wishes to point out a few areas that need additional consideration:

Plans for a charitable foundation should be in place before the end of the application process to carry out additional fundraising functions and to enable needy applicants to make use of the support provided.
